Overview
TRI-WELLS is a holding company. We invest, and we also own and run businesses across a range of fields — from consumer brands to software.
Each company runs in its own way. We provide capital and support, and we tend to stay involved over the long term.
We are not in a hurry to grow for its own sake, or to sell quickly. We would rather build things up slowly, one at a time.
Approach
We like to have a clear sense of things before we start, and once we have decided, we try to stick with it.
Once we decide to do something, we try to see it through properly, and to stay close to it rather than leave it to others.
We care more about how things look over the long run than about short-term gains, and we build trust slowly, over time.
Portfolio
We invest in companies and assets we understand well, and we hold them for a long time. Rather than turning things over quickly like a fund, we work with our own capital, at our own pace.
Products and services that fit into everyday life — food, community, and the things people come back to. We run them closely, and try to build things that last.
We build software, both for ourselves and for others. We have teams that handle everything from design and development through to actually shipping it.

Former U.S. investment banking professional. Founded and led two operating companies to successful exits before establishing TRI-WELLS. Brings a transaction-first mindset shaped by institutional capital markets and hands-on business building.
Co-founder
Spent nearly a decade at one of Japan's leading general trading houses, with extensive cross-border experience spanning emerging and developed markets. Brings deep expertise in global commerce, supply chain, and on-the-ground execution across multiple geographies. At TRI-WELLS, leads international business development and operating partnerships.
